We continue to monitor the program or project's effectiveness throughout the year to make adjustments and assure that you are ready for the next year's planning cycle. You have our hand to hold (think of it like free technical support throughout the year). Do we charge extra for these services? No!

We just find it to be the right way to do business.

All of our clients have different needs. It is our goal to meet your needs however large or small they may be. We give you the choice. We can provide an overall integration and overhaul of your compensation plan and system, or we can work on the discrete parts and components of a compensation, compliance, or system project. We are here for you either way, especially during those stressful times between August and December when a large degree of the annual compensation planning is taking place.
